In this role, you will handle phone enquiries, provide first-level assistance and perform a variety of administrative support services. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone enquiries from the public, offering first-level assistance and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or external agency. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including assessment, registration and drafting routine correspondence. Ensure all correspondence, briefings and materials are accurately recorded and processed in departmental systems. Key Challenges Managing competing work demands and priorities while maintaining quality support and meeting deadlines. Staying up to date on the portfolio area's initiatives, emerging issues, and key projects to provide effective support.
