Still a local favorite of many, our customers are looking to meet our new Store Supervisor - and it could be you If you love working in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment, you're passionate about delivering first class customer experiences and you want to be on a journey towards superstar outcomes then we think you should read on About the Role: As our Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the leadership team of our Newtown store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead by example, training and guiding our fantastic team to deliver the exceptional service we're known for. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include: Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations. Train and mentor food and beverage attendants, offering feedback and guidance. Master our menu to provide excellent recommendations to customers. Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Serve all food and beverages professionally and courteously. Participate in leadership meetings and workshops.
