The Centre Admin Coordinator will provide high-level remote and in-house support to the Centre in managing the Centre’s day-to-day administration when their onsite Centre Admin is unavailable or as directed by Green Leaves. The Centre Admin Coordinator will also assist with onsite and in-house training including but not limited to Salesforce and QikKids training. They will be involved in the second interview and conduct a one-on-one phone call with any potential Admin Candidates. Additionally, the Centre Admin Coordinator will also monitor the Weekly Administrator Workflows and report back to Family Care Manager on Centres who require additional assistance and build a support plan.
