Location/Division Specific Information This role is based on-site at our Brisbane offices About the Role: This position handles all inbound and outbound activities within the warehouse, including material movement to departments, stock take, reconciliation and sampling activities following the EH&S and cGMP requirements. The role also provides back-up support to both Warehouse Team Leader and the Procurement Lead when they are absent or on annual leave. What You'll Do: Co-ordinate operational material management, ensuring all inbound goods are receipted, labeled, and stored promptly Successfully implement material picking, staging, and supplying processes to relevant departments Coordinate sampling activities with Quality and manage material reject and return processes Ensure cGMP-compliant storage and flow of (raw) materials Manage warehouse scheduling by crafting production orders, issuing batch numbers, and maintaining production protocols Collaborate with internal collaborators and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with SOP and local/international requirements Maintain cleanliness and high stock accuracy through timely cycle counts and production reporting Ensure the upkeep of physical systems and tools for goods flow processing Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain logbooks Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally Collaborate in special projects and lead warehouse PPI activities Supporting inbound and outbound shipments Assisting in driving company trucks when required Keys to Success: Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Warehouse Certification or similar SAP (or other ERP) system experience GDP (Good Distribution practice) and GMP compliant Inventory and materials management experience Experience working in a manufacturing facility Valid Forklift and MR Truck Licence Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal Excellent planning and organization skills Good collaboration skills Other Important Information: Activities within the warehouse department need to be done in line with EH&S and cGMP requirements.
