About the role: The receptionist is responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression of the organization. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting We are a close knit family business. Some of the key responsibilities include: Assisting customers over the phone and in person. Booking appointments. Liaising with staff. General admin, filing, data entry and emails. Assisting with inventory and stock control. Manage online orders with Shopify - pack and dispatch orders. Enter invoices and payments into workshop software Update customer details in a CRM (currently using Active Campaign) What you will need to be successful in this role: Positive, proactive, upbeat and helpful personality. Excellent phone manner and communication skills Confidence in dealing with customers. Self motivated with a strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work as part of a team. Fluent English language skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Drivers Licence.
