Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an eager Graduate Engineer to join our Jandakot team on a full-time basis. The Graduate Engineer will provide support to our Energy Transition sector whilst building your knowledge of Contract Resources core services. This position will be required to work closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders and may also require site-based work on remote facilities. Role Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Comply with, and maintain a proactive approach toward all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental Requirements Engage with Client, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work scopes are successfully planned and executed Contribute and cooperate with the development and implementation of quality and safety work instructions for projects Mark up technical drawings Development of equipment registers and implement document control systems Use of MS Software (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.) Develop sound working relationships with clients to enhance CR’s growth aspirations. Conduct field work which may include Atmospheric Monitoring, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Use of Mechanical Tooling, Catalyst Handling, High-Pressure Water Blasting, Operate Vacuum Equipment & Chemical Cleaning Execute projects on client facilities as required during peak periods to develop site knowledge Provide input on technical aspects of work scopes, equipment requirements and efficiencies Prepare quotations for labour, equipment and consumables for various projects. Site work and visits will be required. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Strong communication skills. Tertiary qualifications Mechanical or Chemical Engineering – essential. Previous work experience as a graduate/engineer is required Technical knowledge but also significant site experience on resource industry facilities strongly preferred. Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with key stakeholders. Must have FULL Australian working rights with no restrictions or end date.
