We’re looking for a Disability Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities About the Role This is a casual Disability Support Worker position located in Maryborough and surrounding areas. Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. With our customers requiring 24/7 support, a variety of shifts are available, including sleepovers. This role involves providing in-home support and assisting with community access during your shifts. You will be assisting customers with a variety of disabilities, prioritising tasks efficiently, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere that encourages independence and development. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we want you on our team Other responsibilities may include: Provide assistance with personal care. Assisting with household duties. Offering companionship and emotional support. Supporting community access through outings, appointments, and activities. Maintaining accurate service records, including progress and incident reports. Implementing Positive Behaviour Support to encourage positive and manage behaviours. What we offer:?
