Working a FIFO 8 days on, 6 days off roster and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be: Coordination of travel administration for site (arranging team travel, site visits and onboarding utilising INX, RTTMS and PALMS) Purchase to Pay activities via SAP (raising purchase orders for site consumables, labour hire, creating service entry sheets etc) Supporting the site leadership team in daily operations (meeting preparation, travel arrangements, presentations, routine reporting etc.) Perform adhoc administrative activities to support site (management of room bookings, new starter packs, processing gate cards, IVMS, fuel keys and cab charges) Stakeholder engagement with our contract and business partners Provide appropriate coaching, mentoring and technical support to the operations and functional partners General administrative assistance for Greater Tom Price Operations About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Strong communications skills Strong continuous improvement applications Excellence in customer service delivery High level attention to detail Strong multi-tasking abilities with a flexible working approach Ability to work productively both in a team an independently Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential A current C Class manual driver’s licence Where you will be working Situated on the edge of the Hamersley Ranges, within the Shire of Ashburton Tom Price is the gateway to Karijini National Park for many tourists. Greater Tom Price Operations consists of Tom Price mine, Western Turner Syncline and Western Turner Syncline 2. Tom Price has a population of around 3,500 people. Located approximately 1,600 kilometres from Perth our community and FIFO workforce is serviced by the nearby Paraburdoo Airport and Boolgeeda Airport. Tom Price holds a proud place in Rio Tinto history, being the first of its iron mines in the Pilbara. Renewal works in the 50 year old Tom Price Process Plant will increase the plant’s output capacity to 36 million tonnes per annum, underpinning the production of the Pilbara Blend, Rio Tinto’s flagship iron ore product.
