Salary: $73,150 Superannuation The position will be a full time. Your duties will include but not be limited to – Supervise children and engage them in age-appropriate activities. Supporting the preparation of materials and equipment for children's educational and recreational activities. Helping manage children's behaviour and fostering their social development. Helping manage children's behaviour and fostering their social development. Establish positive and professional relationships with children, parents and staff. Assist in recording information about children’s development, behaviour and progress, and communicate this to their parents, carers and other professionals who may be involved in the child’s life. Assist colleagues with the day to day running of the centre. Maintain a clean, healthy and educational environment for children to play and learn. Consistently work within the guidelines of the EYLF and NQF. Requirements: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Minimum 1 years’ experience Demonstrated working experience in the same (or a similar) field. Working with Children Check. First Aid Certificate. Asthma and anaphylaxis management. Ability to work within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
