This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing robust security measures to safeguard their clients' digital environments. Threat Detection & Response: Develop and maintain advanced monitoring, detection, and incident response processes to counteract cyber threats. Risk Assessment: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests; provide actionable recommendations to address security gaps. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST) and assist clients in achieving compliance. Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into broader IT projects. Innovation: Research emerging cyber threats and technologies, recommending proactive strategies to address future risks. Skills/Experience Experience: 3 years in Cyber Security Engineering, with hands-on experience in securing cloud and on-premise environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar). Strong understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection. Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar). Certifications (desirable): CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Certified Security, or equivalent. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
