We have a requirement with our client partner for a L1/2 Desktop Support & Dispatch Support Engineer to join their team on a 6-Week Contract Responsibilities: Provide on-site L1/2 desktop support and break-fix services Respond to and resolve tickets efficiently Handle logistics tasks, including receiving and sending goods Manage inventory and dispatch in a warehousing environment Perform advanced exchanges, sorting, testing, and data wiping Repair and refurbish products to meet customer criteria Generate reports and manage reverse logistics Fulfill peripheral requests for end users Conduct depot repair services to restore systems Track and manage in- and out-of-warranty inventory Pick, pack, and ship service requests Requirements Excellent customer service skills with clear communication Strong "can do" attitude Experience in desktop support and break-fix tasks Ability to manage logistics and inventory Proficiency in data wiping, testing, sorting, and repair tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail How to apply Click “apply” or email your application to Stephen (stephenmgreenlightworldwide.com) for a confidential discussion with Green Light Worldwide
