About The Role Are you ready to take control of your career? We're currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on asset management frameworks, including work management processes, equipment selection, and procurement and disposal activities. The position is FIFO from Brisbane, offering flexible rosters (9/5 or 5/2 4/3) with 12-hour days on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. Optimise work management processes in line with industry best practices. Support the selection, procurement, and disposal of equipment. Analyse asset performance and provide recommendations for reliability improvements. Use SAP to manage and monitor asset-related activities and data. Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure compliance with asset management standards. Benefits Hourly rate between $100 - $110 superannuation, depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly. Technical support and ongoing development opportunities. MSS Employee Assistance Program. About You To be successful you will need experience in the following: Demonstrated experience as a Reliability Engineer, with expertise in asset management and work management processes. Strong understanding of equipment selection, procurement, and disposal processes. Proficiency in SAP for asset management and data analysis. Excellent analytical skills to assess asset performance and recommend improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
