About the role Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities across the multidisciplinary Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) department at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH). About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Assist in the daily operations of building and engineering maintenance to ensure efficient service delivery. Through the application of departmental knowledge and expertise, assist in the organisational development of the RBWH BEMS department to develop strategic plans and processes that enhance best practice in a large healthcare organisation. Enhance and engender an existing culture of continuous quality improvement for all technical and trade operations in the RBWH BEMS department. Pro-actively seek opportunities for specific quality improvement activities and complete the quality cycle, across all levels and employment streams of staff within the RBWH BEMS department.
