You will play a key role in delivering road, drainage, and footpath maintenance through your expertise in engineering, construction management, and contract administration. The position offers flexibility, with the potential to rotate roles across depots to build team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage road, drainage, and footpath maintenance projects, including estimating, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Develop and maintain work programs using project management software. Provide expert technical advice and respond to customer service inquiries. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture while ensuring safety and compliance standards. Oversee contract administration and act as the Superintendent’s Site Representative for key projects. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Civil Engineering and eligibility for Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) registration (or ability to obtain within 12 months). Extensive experience in road construction and maintenance, including contract administration and project delivery. Strong financial, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Current ‘C’ Class driver’s license and General Safety Induction card (Construction Industry).
