About the Role The Senior Electrical Electronics Engineer is responsible to undertake and\or support development, integration, and testing of commercial off the shelf (COTS), military off the shelf (MOTS) and\or custom electrical\electronic systems. The Senior Electrical Electronics Engineer contributes to and\or guides a small team to complete allocated work packages in line with schedule and cost constraints. The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Substantial experience in electrical\electronic engineering and related technologies; Qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in a related discipline; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute in a professional team environment; Well-developed problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity; Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risks; Strong conceptual and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; and Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance NV1 (must hold Australian Citizenship).
