A bit about your role You will be a crucial part of the team responsible for managing the Active Directory (AD) Environment at NBNCo. You will be instrumental with the technical architecture of the AD platform, ensuring it meets customer requirements through both hands-on work and by managing external suppliers and vendors. This position involves not only technical responsibilities but also service and process elements, representing NBNCo and End User Technology (EUT) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects and business-as-usual (BAU) services for AD. You will also be responsible for developing cost-effective solutions, planning for business continuity, and managing operational risks for end-user technologies. A bit about you You have a qualification in IT or a related discipline, along with a Microsoft Qualification and ITIL certification. With several years of experience, you should have extensive expertise in Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, Office 365, MS OS/SOE. You will have a proven track record in technical governance within large organisations and experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Managing large End User Technology (EUT) environments of 10,000 users is essential. Strong communication and influencing skills are required, including the ability to build customer and organizational relationships and write reports and business correspondence.
