Location: Canning Vale Roster: Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm Key Responsibilities: Process all customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Perform general office administration tasks. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Handle filing and archiving of company documents. Assist with invoicing and managing accounts receivable. Provide reception duties as directed, including welcoming visitors. Manage printing and photocopying needs for the team. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
