An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Service Team. Key responsibilities include: To prepare warranty claims to accurately reflect the work completed and to fully maximise the amount that we are entitled to claim ensuring that all manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures are fully adhered to at all times. To vet all warranty paperwork to ensure that we have complied fully with the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures at every stage. To ensure that all claims are entered and processed in a timely manner. To liaise with the manufacturer's warranty department to ensure that any corrections are made without delay, to ensure the claim is paid in a timely manner. To progress all warranty claims through to payment. To ensure that all warranty records and audit trails are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. To maintain and disseminate knowledge of manufacturer's warranty cover and procedures. About you: To be successful in your new role you'll have/be: Previous experience in an automotive workshop equipment Excellent administrative and customer service skills Experience in and proven ability to work in a team environment Sound knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment preferred.
