Full Time Opportunity Barangaroo, Sydney CBD 1 year contract Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office) Salary Range of $55k Base to $62k Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 11.5% Superannuation Smart Salary Packaging Benefit We have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support for our External Research Training portfolio. This position requires excellent organisational, teamwork, and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. The role encompasses both internal and external training programs and will provide support for external training and internal training during peak periods when overflow needs arise. For more information on this role, please see our detailed Position Description here Duties and Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for all external training initiatives and overflow internal training initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Provide logistical support for onsite delivery of training courses. Manage administrative duties related to participants and TGI faculty, including maintaining profiles, booking travel for international teaching faculty, and scheduling faculty sessions. Assist with the preparation of course materials, ensuring consistency in the formatting of course slides and other educational content. Set up and maintain online platforms such as OneDrive, Teams, and Menti for participants and faculty to access course materials and manage communication. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating templates and documents for use in training programs. Ensure a high standard of service delivery by promptly responding to enquiries and fulfilling requests from external participants and staff. Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to planning and decision-making processes. Maintain accuracy in data entry and regularly update relevant databases and records. Ensure that the external Research Training webpages are consistently up to date with the latest information and resources. Regular communications to the Alumni group As we are a global organisation, engage with colleagues and stakeholders in other regions relative to the responsibilities of the role, accommodating global time zones where required, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Skills, Knowledge and Experience/ Our Successful Candidate Essential Previous experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office application including Excel and Word and other such platforms as Zoom, Teams and One drive.
