Their team now seeks an Administration Officer to join the team on a part time basis, for a 6 month fixed term contract. Work-life Balance: Part-time role (0.6 EFT) RESPONSIBILITIES Client Engagement: Provide timely and courteous responses to inquiries, referrals, and appointment scheduling. System Management: Maintain and update client management systems with accurate demographic, billing, and plan information. Billing and Reconciliation: Perform billing processes and monitor data reports to ensure compliance and accuracy. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, documentation, and other operational tasks to facilitate client access and engagement. Quality Improvement: Participate in process evaluations and contribute to organizational policies and procedures. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. Desirable: Experience with TrakCare or similar client management systems. Familiarity with IT referral systems like My Aged Care Provider Portal and e-Referral. Background in community health and NDIS service systems.
