You will be joining a purpose led business, where our vision is simple: provide expert advice on Workplace relations & Health & Safety at an affordable fixed fee small to medium businesses. We are looking for experienced salespeople, with a proven track record in outbound calling in a lead generation, charity sales or appointment setting. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude. You’ll be driven to achieve your goals and targets provided, you’re accountable for your remit and willing to help others achieve their goals. As a result, focused individual, you will have a passion for maximising opportunities. Focused on working with small businesses, you’ll identify and develop new opportunities for our field-based Business Development Managers that support our growth goals. What will you be doing: This is a phone-based role, so you will be: Engaging with potential prospects to build rapport, understand, and qualify their needs.
