About You To be successful you will have the following experience: Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience with Salesforce App integration (desirable) You will have the following skills/knowledge/attributes: Analytical thinker with highly developed problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Result driven and good attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple project activities of varying complexities Ability to work well under pressure About The Role This is a 1-year maternity leave contract, reporting to the IT Manager – Delivery and Salesforce this role will be collaborating with Journey Beyond stakeholders to coordinate delivery of Salesforce enhancements, automations, and integrations, undertake testing and user training. You will be involved in exciting Salesforce CRM projects aligned with Strategic priorities of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and leverage advanced Salesforce capabilities to translate the business needs into scalable and efficient solutions within the Sales, Service and Experience Cloud platforms. Utilise Salesforce tools including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules. Develop complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and performance metrics for stakeholders. Install, configure, and update apps from AppExchange Ensure adherence to best practices, data governance, and compliance standards within the Salesforce environment. Provide support to end users, as required Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. This is a 1-year maternity leave contract, full-time position based at our Head Office in Adelaide’s CBD.
