You need to share a passion for quality cars and be focussed on satisfying the requirements of customer satisfaction Your core duties & responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Reception duties - meet and greet customers, answer phones and direct calls as required. Monitoring e-mail accounts and actioning or distributing as required. Receiving and booking in incoming stock. Manage stock movements between internal and external suppliers. Process invoices. Management of processes and vehicle paperwork for vehicle registrations etc Updating Used Car Inventory Stock and Monthly Review Lists. Complete monthly stock audit and report for all stock. Maintain Vehicle stock lists and distribute to managers. Adhere to Administration Policies above all requests or instructions from other staff. Clean and maintain appearance of workstation - including reception, customer coffee area, kitchen etc. Carry out other general administrative duties as directed. What you will need to succeed: Previous experience in a dealership (Desired) Exceptionally strong team leadership experience and driving customer satisfaction through high quality customer service. Computer literacy with experience in Automotive DMS systems (Desired) Remarkable customer service skills Outstanding and professional personal presentation About You: You're extremely detail orientated and have a drive to perform. You'll be able to demonstrate: You have proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose. Effective and efficient use of time to ensure a productive workflow.
