Your new role As a Voice IP Engineer, you will support the NetworkArchitect in design and integration activities, working closely with theinternal Voice team, IP-Support team, Product team, and customer operationsteam. Your responsibilities will include: Producing High-Level Designs(HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation plans, network drawings, testplans, and test reports. Providing technical assurance andguidance to internal stakeholders. Conducting research anddevelopment to support business growth. Offering technical support tosales and product teams. Managing hardware procurementintermittently. Continuously seeking ways toimprove processes and exceed customer expectations. Staying familiar with companypolicies and procedures and completing any required training.
