About the role Provide, develop and maintain high level efficient administrative services to the Director and staff of Safety and Quality at the RBWH. To provide secretarial services to committees and meetings, as delegated. To act as a primary point of contact for all email and telephone communications. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Monitor and investigate administrative work practices within S&Q with a view to recommending procedural changes and implementation of systems which provide optimal utilisation of administrative resources. Actively participate in meetings and processes in relation to the annual organisation of Quality Awards. Maintain timely filing of S&Q correspondence and information. Maintain sound knowledge of computer systems relative to the position, particularly Microsoft, excel and other applications.
