About the role Working within Return to Work Victoria and the broader Partners & Providers division, this role provides administrative support to clinical panellists and health professionals, with a focus on scheme performance improvement initiatives across the division. Utilising administrative and interpersonal skills, this role provides clerical support to our Clinical and Surgery Advisory Panel (Panels) clinicians while contributing to wider medical initiatives at WorkSafe. Key accountabilities: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external queries related to clinical review processes Work collaboratively with panel members, agents and providers to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed Provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders on issues that have been raised throughout the review process Provide administrative support including allocation of claims and scheduling. About you You are an experienced Administrator who enjoys delivering high level support to large teams. Your verbal communication is excellent and you have high level interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with others.
