Lead and support administrative staff, supervising performance, and coordinating work schedules to meet KPIs and ensure high-quality service. Foster a customer-focused, integrated team culture that responds effectively to the needs of both internal and external clients. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices to optimise service delivery and resource management. Oversee billing enquiries, purchasing, and payments, working closely with Finance and internal departments to maintain accurate records.
