Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability. Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players. Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space accounts by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships. Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology. Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results. Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals. Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. What You Will Bring With You: 2 years’ sales experience within the software industry. A proven track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases. Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections. A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
