Our client is looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to provide general office and administrative support. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors, while ensuring the smooth running of the office with key administrative responsibilities. Position Title: Administration Assistant Hours of Work: Monday - Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: $66,900 Salary Package Location: Homebush West, NSW 2140, Sydney, Australia Key Responsibilities: Manage all incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant staff member. Organise internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, issuing agendas, and documenting minutes. Coordinate travel arrangements with the local agency and ensure compliance with the company’s procedures. Help develop and maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring documents are stored digitally and kept up to date. Produce general correspondence, reports, and PowerPoint presentations. Plan and coordinate company events, from internal meetings to external conferences. Interact with visitors and handle incoming correspondence. Monitor office supply inventory and liaise with building management for repairs and maintenance. Assist with raising purchase orders and managing compliance-related issues. Other duties as required in line with experience and qualifications. Experience & Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of office management systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
