Some of your responsibilities will include:- Utilise a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.- Enter data into appropriate departmental database and computer systems.- Arrange meetings, agenda and minute preparation.- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.- Provide accurate and timely document preparation and processing.
