If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our client's journey. With your expertise in residential sales, you will play a pivotal role in fostering trust and driving success. Working across Castle Hill and Woolooware Shores. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals Ensure that Retirement Living Resales Occupancy targets are met. Effective communication with local population by networking with retirees and conducting local regional presentations and participating in local events and open days. Ensure effective development and management of Priority Register. Ensure that all new contracts are accurate and executed in a timely manner. Ensure the accuracy of contact information by maintaining SLS database with accurate and complete records of all enquiries. Contributes to client satisfaction through provision of accurate information when handling customer enquiries and sales interviews, and through responding to all enquiries within 24 hours. Contributes to the delivery of the sales budget for new Retirement Living units or Resales with Village management by organising and managing sales activities that deliver the required outcomes. Contributes to the Sales budgets and produces a sales strategy plan by site each financial year. Key skills and experience required. Strong and demonstrable sales experience. Well-developed stake holder management skills and strong collaboration experience. Highly commercially astute. Microsoft Excel and Word Skills as well as knowledge of databases.
