Conduct technical discovery, design customised solutions, lead product demos, and manage Proof of Value (PoV) to demonstrate platform value from pre-sales through to pilot management. Oversee pilot technical setup, integration, and customisation to ensure the platform meets customer needs. Manage the handover to the Customer Success team, providing necessary documentation, context, and post-sales support. Provide technical insights, assist with customised solutions, and capture customer feedback to offer actionable insights to the Product team. Track pilot success metrics to maximise customer value and improve overall performance.
