In this role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of ServiceNow, resolve technical issues, document system changes, and support business efficiency improvements. This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney Olympic Park. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal health, compliance, and performance. Configure and test new features, components, and integrations, driving measurable improvements. Collaborate with business units to identify and implement process automation and system enhancements. Manage platform upgrades, SLA maintenance, and associated workflows. Develop and maintain internal documentation, policies, and procedures. Provide training and support to users while addressing technical issues proactively. Monitor application health, analyse data trends, and recommend improvement opportunities. Ensure continuity of service, adhering to ITIL best practices and established change management processes. Your Skills: Australian Citizen with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience administering ServiceNow ITSM & IRM modules. ITIL-certified with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Desirable Skills: Current Drivers licence to facilitate inter-site travel Australian Defence Security clearance (Baseline).
