Join the GoActive Outdoors team as a Field Sales Representative and take a leading role in expanding our presence and driving revenue across Queensland's independent retail network. This exciting position covers a diverse range of stores, including bike shops, roof rack specialists, 4x4 retailers, outdoor stores, and other channels that align with the GoActive brand. As the key point of contact for your territory, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for delivering impactful product training, executing outstanding in-store merchandising, and leading product presentations to showcase new launches. Your expertise in building relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, and providing top-tier support will be essential to driving sales and achieving sustainable growth within your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners, becoming their trusted point of contact. Sales Growth & Promotion: Present and promote GoActive products to drive sales, meeting or exceeding targets. Training & Support: Provide product training and ongoing support to retail staff to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Visual Merchandising: Implement effective in-store merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sell-through. Market Research & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide valuable insights for growth opportunities. Travel & Client Engagement: Regularly travel within your territory to meet clients, conduct store visits, and represent GoActive at industry events. About you: 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or wholesale, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in automotive accessories, bicycle industry, and/or outdoor products. Experience in visual merchandising and/or sales training. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology is a plus. Ability to travel within the designated territory and to work on weekend events as required.
