We are currently re-invigorating our B2B E-Commmerce website and you will play a important part in User Acceptance Testing and helping support a successful launch of the new site and transition to BAU. We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled B2B Digital Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the performance and management of our digital assets. You will support the daily operations of APIs digital assets, including our B2B Ecommerce website, CRM, and API website. Your goal will be to ensure these digital assets operate effectively and efficiently, enhancing our customer experience and supporting our business objectives. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do: Website Performance and Issue Management. Collaborate with team members and customers on digital product enhancements. Monitor website and product analytics to track key performance indicators. Support team members in content posting and analytics. Manage account and user access for the MyAPI website and related applications. Handle user permissions, password issues, and account activations/reactivations. Ensure timely issue resolution, especially with any business critical activities such as order processing. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in website and product administration. Proficient in content management, back-office tools, and handling incident/problem management. Skilled in stakeholder management. Deep understanding of content management systems. Knowledgeable in using analytics tools and interpreting data. Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and providing insights. Capable of troubleshooting digital product issues. Excellent communication skills. Quick to learn new systems and processes. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Why us?
