About You: • Proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets. • Retail experience with a high-energy, results-driven approach. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer-focused mindset. • Thrives in a high-performing, competitive sales environment. • Quick learner with the ability to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools. • Knowledge of 12v systems is highly regarded but not essential. The Role As a Casual Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to build a customer centric environment whilst driving sales to achieve both individual and store set targets. Your key responsibilities will include: • Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs. • Assist with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities. • Support the processing of sales through the POS system. • Undertake a variety of operational activities.
