We are searching for a creative individual to join the client on a permanent basis as the Office/Marketing Adminsitrator. The role: As the Office/Marketing Administrator you will work closely with the Directors on a variety of tasks that will allow you to showcase your creative skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage content creation for website such as homepage layouts & banners Develop and manage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube etc. Curate, create and schedule proactive content for social media calendars, ensuring it is of a high standard and aligns with the organisation's brand and style guidelines. Assist with the completion of tender portfolios. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Assist with any other office administration tasks to support the day to day business Qualifications: Proven experience within a marketing or graphics focused role. Strong knowledge of all social media platforms Experience in construction is desired but not essential Graphics and/or marketing qualification Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
