We are currently looking for a driven P&C Administrator on a 6 month secondment basis with the possibility to stay permanently to fill in for our very talented P&C Coordinator who is stepping into a Learning & Development space within our team. The P&C Admin role is the absolute backbone of our People and Culture team. An effective Administrator is responsive to our customers (employees) to become that trusted, go-to contact in the business. They keep the team organised so everyone can focus on what they need to deliver and they are incredibly reliable, doing what they say they’ll do. This role also supports recruitment, enabling the business to successfully complete client projects by getting the right people into the right roles in a timely manner. Whilst relevant, previous experience would be a plus, it’s ultimately your attitude that’s most important to us Being organised, having ruthless attention to detail, able to build rapport quickly and extremely results driven is what is going to make you successful in this role. People from a general administration background are very welcome to apply. Full training will be provided so don't worry if you haven't done this before This is a 38 hour a week job with no weekend work, and the flexibility for you to work 2 days from home. Whilst the location is listed as VIC as that's where our team is, this role can be performed from any state, as long as you can access a TIMG office at least 3 days a week to keep that connection with our employees What you’ll be doing Here are just some of the things you can expect to be doing on a regular basis: Supporting recruitment activities (such as posting job ads, like this one screening applicants and scheduling interviews) Managing the onboarding process for new employees Looking after the shared P&C inbox and all basic HR queries Performing monthly P&C tasks such as actioning licence reporting and running recurring police and visa checks Driving the employee recognition program Managing all staff changes through our HRIS, peoplehub (SuccessFactors - a SAP product) Leading the annual WGEA reporting process Supporting TIMG wellbeing initiatives Who you’ll be working with Our People & Culture (P&C) team consists of one P&C Advisor, an L&D Advisor and one P&C Manager. While you’ll report to the P&C Manager, you’ll work closely with our Advisors to ensure a seemless and efficient service offering to the business from P&C. We are also part of much larger P&C family in Freightways, our parent company, with another 20 or so colleagues to ask for support, share ideas and collaborate with.
