This is a fast-paced role based in our stylish Robina Head Office supporting our QLD Sales team in the Coordination, Administration and Delivery of House and Land Packages. The successful candidate must possess a minimum 1 year experience working with an Australian Residential Builder Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Analysing land information, including design guidelines, development plans, site-specific reports, and the Queensland Building Code.Creating House and Land packages by providing accurate estimates based on design guidelines requirements, site-specific information, site costs, and the Queensland Building Code.Siting homes on vacant lots and proving a site plan sketch. Creating flyers and maintaining a database of marketing assets.Workflow reporting and stock list management.Additional administrative tasks as required.
