About the Role Reporting directly to the Systems Engineering Manager, the Systems Engineer will manage product requirements, design, verification, and documentation across various engineering projects. With a focus on collaboration, architecture, and validation, this position combines technical expertise with a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities • Product Advocacy: Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers to enhance products, ensuring alignment with customer needs. • Architectural Expertise: Define system requirements and interfaces, creating structured hierarchies to streamline development. • Feature Design: Actively participate in design discussions to align technical capabilities with business and customer objectives. • System Verification: Oversee verification and validation (V&V) processes, ensuring thorough testing and comprehensive documentation. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation to support ongoing operations and continuous improvement. • Problem-Solving: Conduct engineering investigations and analyses to drive product enhancements and resolve technical challenges. • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication with diverse audiences. What You’ll Bring Qualifications and Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Communications, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar) or equivalent practical experience. •Proven experience in system architecture design and development. •Comfortable working in a Linux environment. •Strong knowledge of Verification and Validation (V&V) processes.
