Resource Admin Officer • Attractive salary packaging options – up to $18,550 tax free • $33.94 per hour plus super • Leave loading payments Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Admin Officer to join our team in Osborne Park on a permanent full- time basis. The requirement for the role is to work Monday to Friday, from 8am – 4pm. (We will consider 7am – 3pm) You will work two days per week in the office at Osborne Park and three days from home. The first 4 – 6 weeks will be office based training. You will come from a strong administrative background within the finance environment and possess a love for customer service. This role will suit an experienced self-starter who has the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a team player but also have both experience and confidence to work autonomously. You will not be bored in this role Excellent time management and multitasking skills are a must and should be demonstrated in your application and assessment. Whilst reporting directly to the Team Leader: Resource Coordinators, you will also liaise daily with agency partners, resource coordination team and other internal and external stakeholders to support brokerage services. Key responsibilities (not limited to) • Processing all invoices to ensure they are within guidelines • Checking actual services against invoices, following up on any discrepancies • Documenting interactions into client databases • Monitor and action required inbox • Supporting completion of audits and report non-compliance • Providing admin support to ensure processes and resource distribution align with goals and timelines • Support in streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce processing times • Assist in identifying and determining the equipment and resources required for new employees based on their role About you The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise high volume workload, multitask and have strong attention to detail. In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes: • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal • Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team but also independently • Demonstrated previous experience in administration in a financial environment • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to converse over the telephone and face to face in order to build effective relationships, respond appropriately to queries and liaise at all levels • Must possess personal integrity and respect for confidential information Benefits • Competitive hourly rate plus super • The opportunity to salary packaged up to $18,550 P/A • Leave loading payments • Opportunity to purchase extra leave • Fully supportive team environment • Health Care benefits • Social Club How to apply To submit your application, and to view a copy of the Position Description, click ‘Apply’.
