About the Role Senior Patient Services Administrator FULL TIME / PART TIME East Melbourne The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day running, productivity and efficiencies of the patient services department to provide primary quality care to patients and provide quality customer service to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business. About you (criteria) You will be patient focused, compassionate, supportive and a team culture promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role: Min 1 years' experience in health industry Ability to manage patients and clinician expectations Demonstrated supervisory experience and mentoring skills Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous) Intermediate to advanced MS Office / Outlook Intermediate to advanced Healthcare IT Platforms A willingness to embrace City Fertility's Mission and Values A current driver's Licence will be required for this role.
