Mills Recruitment is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our client’s team for an approximate duration of 2–3 weeks. This role will primarily involve reception duties while supporting facilities administration as required. The Role: Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of office services. This includes coordinating day-to-day tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment, safety procedures, and liaising with various teams to ensure compliance with ES&H Core Processes for Office Facilities. Responsibilities: Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for all visitors and staff. Conduct and manage office safety inductions. Oversee the management and replenishment of stationery and kitchen supplies. Maintain office equipment, workstations, and meeting rooms to a high standard. Coordinate tasks related to emergency management, including acting as the Fire Safety Advisor. Manage the First Aid team tasks, serving as the First Aid Lead. Support office renovations, office moves, and other miscellaneous facilities services. About you: Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in reception or office administration is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of safety and emergency management is advantageous. Temporary role with competitive hourly rates.
