Your day-to-day activities will involve nurturing warm leads, engaging with showroom walk-ins, and providing tailored solutions to clients' needs. From architects and builders to homeowners, you'll be instrumental in offering our products to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: Convert warm leads into enthusiastic customers, utilizing leads from phone calls and our marketing department. Provide proactive and personalized service to clients by managing and organizing quotes to meet their specific requirements. Conduct engaging showroom presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products. Collaborate with architects, builders, and homeowners to deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring all needs are met professionally. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty. Embrace an internal role with no site visits required, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service from our showroom. Tackle ad hoc administrative duties related to your role with diligence and efficiency. Requirements: Previous sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
