Your new role We are seeking an experienced administrator to join this supportive team Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Working with the Services team to schedule soft services around the grounds Using Maximo to raise work orders Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs Stakeholder management General administration and other adhoc duties Assist wider team where appropriate. What you'll need to succeed Experience raising work orders and in an administration role (essential) Previous experience in a higher or tertiary education (highly desirable). Previous experience using Maximo or similar software (highly desirable) Tech-savvy, able to pick up new processes and programs quickly Great communication skills Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
