Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts and Office Administrator to support their management team with a variety of tasks. Accounts and Officer Administrator required for leading Finance Company based in Southport, supporting management you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide general support to management. Handle business forms and renewals (memberships, legislative forms, etc.) Support various projects Arrange, prepare and take notes for meetings Manage accounts payable and receivable Process Payroll Support the teams with administrative support What We’re Looking For: Professional, respectful, and cooperative demeanor Prior experience in accounts Team player with a positive attitude Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
