What you’ll be responsible for: Providing exceptional guidance and support to customer throughout their buying journey. Promote Carlisle Homes' product range and offers, highlighting our unique advantages. Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and business growth. Network and participate in external events, establishing a referral network with land agents and service providers. Deliver professional sales presentations and accurate quotations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate: Proven expertise in selling premium products or services with professionalism, confidence, and finesse. Exceptional selling skills that leave a lasting impression and position you as a sales leader. Skilled negotiator who secures optimal outcomes and consistently drives outstanding results. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that engage clients and inspire action. Outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations to build trust and long-term loyalty.
