Key Responsibilities: The Senior Administration Officer key responsibilities are Provide timely, high-quality advice and support on the management of assets, facilities, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business systems. Supervise the administrative team and provide training, assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff. Ensure compliance with relevant human resource, financial management and other standards, policies, and legislation relevant to the operations of the department. Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative systems and processes including systems relating to the management of accommodation and assets, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business processes. Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to relevant inquiries Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to clients. Allocate, prioritise, and perform tasks in accordance with departmental procedures and financial and administrative delegations. Participate as a member of the management team and contribute to strategic and operational planning, reviews, and key decision-making.
