Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a dynamic team of Design Engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Drive the delivery of cutting-edge HV design solutions for diverse, multidisciplinary projects across various industries. Manage technical scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Leverage industry-leading tools such as AutoDesk/CAD and PowerCAD to produce accurate and efficient designs. Collaborate closely with commissioning and execution teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery. Partner with senior leadership to influence business growth and the strategic direction of the design division. Requirements Experience in HV design, with a strong focus on design. Developing and implementing grounding and earthing designs for HV systems, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should have expertise in conducting analysis and simulations to optimise earthing systems, mitigating risks associated with fault currents and step-and-touch potentials. Expertise with design software and a drive to innovate and improve processes ( ETAP exp would be highly desirable ). Energetic, forward-thinking, and motivated to contribute to business growth.
