High volume processing Advanced Excel user 3 mont contract wiht possible extension This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Our client's finance team is seeking an efficient financial administrator to work on a high volume backlog of administrative tasks. Based in their Melbourne office you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance in conducting and assisting with a range of financial administrative duties. Suitable candidates will have previous experience in financial administration with advanced Excel skills. Being mainly high volume retail cash transactions, you will assist in downloading information and following up on cash delivery orders, invoices, partner payments and refunds. You will also identify, highlight and communicate outstanding issue to other parts of the business and stakeholders. Suitable candidates will have previous experience in financial administration with advanced Excel skills. You will have experience manipulating large amounts of data to compile reports. You will have a high attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills. You will have experience working in high volume transactions and have strong organisational skills. Analysing information to solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance and accountability are all important for this role.
